Blue Moon Magic is a color changing nutritive tea with mineral & antioxidant-rich herbs.
The blue color is thanks to the water-soluble antioxidants in Butterfly Pea flowers called *Anthocyanins*.
Anthocyanins are pH sensitive and will change to purples & pinks with the addition of Lemon juice (acid) ~ this is the magic!

1-2 tsp Blue Moon Magic tea per 1 cup of hot water. Steep for 5-10 minutes. For extra mineral extraction, steep for several hours or overnight. Strain and serve warm or chilled. Sweeten to taste.
