Your purchase validates your agreement to Circles & Cycles’ terms and conditions.

BUYER AGREEMENT

Customer agrees to use the products purchased for their intended purpose only.

Customer agrees to the Shipping and Returns Policy.

Customer agrees they have provided a correct and secure mailing address at the time of placing an order.

Customer agrees not to hold Circles & Cycles LLC or its owner responsible for parcels lost or damaged by USPS. If a parcel is lost or damaged, customers must contact Circles & Cycles within three days of its expected delivery. We will provide the necessary information for the customer to file a claim directly with USPS.

Circles & Cycles LLC and its owner will not be held responsible if the tracking number indicates the shipment was marked as “delivered” by USPS.

Circles & Cycles LLC and its owner assume no responsibility for the improper use of any of the products sold on this site. Your purchase from www.circlesandcyclesalchemy.com waives, without exception, your right to hold Circles & Cycles or its owner liable in any way for the misuse of our products.

You are agreeing to indemnify and hold Circles & Cycles LLC and its owner harmless from any and all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, actions, penalties, fines, costs, and/or expenses arising from, or relating to, any injury, illness, or harm caused by the use of our products.

Customer agrees not to hold Circles & Cycles responsible for any fees that incur for domestic or international shipments.

All customers, domestic and international, agree that you are solely responsible for following your own State’s or Country’s regulations regarding the products you purchase.
