Dispense 3-4 pumps onto fingertips. Massage into DRY skin in upward circular motions.
Follow with a gentle hydrating cleanser of your choice. Rinse with warm water.If you have skin prone to acne or congestion, this double cleansing routine is especially recommended. Unless you are using heavy skincare products at night, I suggest just rinsing your face with fresh water in the morning before your skincare routine + sunscreen!
As with all changes to your skincare/beauty routine, it may take your skin a week or so to adjust & be happy with this new cleansing practice. Some people experience an occasional blemish as their skin adjusts. This doesn’t mean oil cleansing isn’t for you.
